Residency and ID. Citizens of Alice with a water bill showing garbage fee and a driver license/ID showing residency get one free disposal per week and free disposal all day Saturday; commercial and construction/demolition loads are not included.
Not accepted. It does not take junked vehicles, rubber tires with wheels, tubes and wires, large appliances (A/C, freezers, refrigerators), cement or concrete, hazardous materials (chemicals, explosives, poisons, acids, oilfield mud or brine), dead livestock, radioactive material and off-the-road tires.
How fees work. Fees are charged by weight (per ton), with a minimum charge of $10.00. The posted rates are listed under Fees.
